Successful mothering
I don’t know about you, but I can use all the mommy help I can get these days. Whether it’s standing red-faced as my daughter throws a full-scale tantrum at the grocery store or apologizing profusely as she hurls a toy at the woman in front of us at church, I am constantly aware that I need some help to stay calm and take it one day at a time.
This Saturday, I’ll be attending the Successful Mothering Convention at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy. Normally I shy away from mothering seminars because I end up feeling bad about myself or bored, but this one has a lot of lectures that seem to be just what I need in life right now.
Topics range from how to spice up your marriage to how to start your food storage to how to raise self-governed children.
So check out the http://www.successfulmothering.com/ and register online by Jan. 21 to get in for $15.
